Implementation of Construction Cost Survey for Quarter 1 of 2025

The purpose of the Construction Cost Survey (SHKK) is to collect price data that is a component of the calculation of the Construction Cost Index (CCI). The data in question are the price of building/construction materials, the rental price of construction heavy equipment, and the wage of construction services.

CCI is a price index that describes the level of construction cost of a district/city compared to the reference city. CCI is one of the main components in the calculation of the General Allocation Fund (DAU).

Respondents from SHKK are manufacturers, wholesalers/retailers of building materials, heavy equipment rental businesses, contractors, and the Public Works Office. The correct support and answers from respondents will produce accurate data in the calculation of the Construction Cost Index (CCI) of Lamandau Regency.
