Abstract

  • The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels during January 2022 reached 43.20 percent, down 8.69 points compared to December 2021 which was 51.89 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels rose 0.27 points to 21.50 percent.
  • Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels rose 13.06 points, and non-star hotels rose 3.75 points.
  • The average length of stay at star hotels in January 2022 reached 1.47 days, while non-star hotels were 1.27 days.
  • The number of guests staying at star hotels in January 2022 was 28,924 people, a decrease of 15.50 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels rose 10.67 percent.
