Abstract

Flight frequency increased by 23.52 percent, from 999 flights (April 2022) to 1,234 flights (May 2022).
  • The number of air transport passengers rose 48.32 percent, from 77,561 people (April 2022) to 115,041 people (May 2022).
  • Freight traffic using air transportation rose 52.62 percent, from 956 tons (April 2022) to 1,459 tons (May 2022).
  • The frequency of ship visits at ports in the Central Kalimantan region decreased by 19.66 percent, from 768 visits (April 2022) to 617 visits (May 2022).
  • The number of sea transport passengers rose 47.64 percent, from 40,842 people (April 2022) to 60,298 people (May 2022).
  • Freight traffic using sea transportation decreased by 23.25 percent, from 2.15 million tons (April 2022) to 1.65 million tons (May 2022).
  • Sea transportation passenger activities are concentrated in Kumai Port (68.86 percent), while the volume of goods flows at Sampit Port (69.45 percent).
