Abstract
Flight frequency in February 2024 decreased by 14.86 percent compared to January 2024, from 821 flights to 699 flights. The number of air transport passengers fell by 13.69 percent, from 86,581 people (January 2024) to 74,732 people (February 2024). Goods traffic using air transportation fell by 7.78 percent, from 1,324 tons (January 2024) to 1,221 tons (February 2024). The frequency of visits by ships at ports in the Kalimantan Tengah region decreased by 4.73 percent, from 677 visits (January 2024) to 645 visits (February 2024). The number of sea transportation passengers fell by 35.19 percent, from 38,608 people (January 2024) to 25,023 people (February 2024). Goods traffic using sea transportation fell by 5.82 percent, from 1.54 million tons (January 2024) to 1.45 million tons (February 2024). During February 2024, sea transport passenger activity was concentrated at Kumai Port (76.19 percent), while goods flows were concentrated at Sampit Port (49.33 percent).
