Thematic Map of Village Potential Statistics in Lamandau Regency 2021

Statistics Indonesia has carried out data collection on Village Potential
(Podes) 2021 in June 2021 in a census of all regency/municipalities, sub-districts,
and the lowest government administrative areas at the village level. The villagelevel administrative areas covered by Podes include villages, sub-districts, nagari
in West Sumatra, the Transmigration Settlement Unit (UPT), and the Transmigration
Settlement Unit (SPT) which are still being fostered by the relevant ministries. The
results of the 2021 Podes data collection in Lamandau Regency noted that
90 government administrative areas at the village level consisted of 87 villages
and 3 kelurahan. In addition, it is also known that the number of districts is 8 districts.
Podes 2021 collects a variety of information, both those are potential
for villages/kelurahan and information related to vulnerabilities or challenges
faced by villages/kelurahan. Information related to the potential of the village/
sub district includes: employment, education, health, socio-culture, sports and
entertainment, transportation, communication and information, economy,
security, development and empowerment of the village/kelurahan community.
Information related to vulnerabilities or challenges includes natural disasters,
environmental pollution, social and health problems in the community,
and security disturbances that occur in villages/kelurahan.
