Kalimantan Tengah's Economy Grows 5.66 percent in the Second Quarter of 2018

Abstract

Kalimantan Tengah's economy in the second quarter of 2018 towards the second quarter of 2017 (y-on-y) grew 5.66 percent. In terms of production, the highest growth was achieved by the Category of Large-Retail and Repair of Bicycles
Motorcycles grew by 11.76 percent, followed by the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Categories which grew 9.90 percent and Education Services by 9.76 percent. From the expenditure side, growth is driven by all components. The highest growth was achieved by the Export Component of 14.27 percent, followed by the Household Non-Profit Institution Consumption Expenditures Component (LNPRT) which grew by 11.82 percent and Gross Fixed Capital Formation (PMTB) by 6.64 percent.
