November 2024 inflation year-on-year (y-on-y) of Kalimantan Tengah Province is 1.02 percent. The highest inflation occurred in Sampit amounting to 1.12 percent

In November 2024, there will be year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation in Kalimantan Tengah Province at 1.02 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 106.13. The highest inflation occurred in Sampit at 1.12 percent with a CPI of 105.47 and the lowest in Kapuas Regency at 0.84 percent with a CPI of 106.73.

Y-on-y inflation occurs due to an increase in prices as indicated by the increase in most expenditure group indices, namely: food group, drinks and tobacco by 1.47 percent; clothing and footwear group by 0.60 percent; groups of equipment, equipment and routine maintenance households by 0.80 percent; health group at 1.11 percent; education group at 2.21 percent; food supply groups and drinks/restaurants by 1.55 percent; and personal care and services groups others amounted to 5.15 percent. Meanwhile, the expenditure group experienced decrease in index, namely: housing, water, electricity and home fuel groups stairs by 0.33 percent; transportation group by 1.21 percent; group information, communication and financial services by 0.02 percent; and groups recreation, sports and culture by 0.05 percent. 

Month-to-month (m-to-m) inflation rate for  Kalimantan Tengah Province in November 2024 is 0.36 percent and the year-to-date (y-to-d) inflation rate November 2024 is 0.55 percent.
